Taylor Open House + Classroom Supplies Drive

Each year, families are welcomed into the building the Thursday before school starts for an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, and see their classroom.  This is also the time to bring in your unlabeled purchased school supplies for the school year.  Pre-ordered supplies will be automatically delivered to the classroom.

Let’s welcome back our teachers and stock the classrooms with helpful supplies for the year. Please help us in supporting our teachers and students. We will be collecting donations of the following items during Taylor’s Open House on August 24th:  

  • Sanitizing Wipes

  • Tissues

  • Hand Sanitizer

  • Dry Erase Markers and Erasers

  • Fun Post it Notes

Donation bins will be in the lobby during the Open House. 

During the Open House, staff will be available to assist parents with logging into ParentVue.  

Please note: An earlier start time is offered for students requiring a sensory friendly environment. There is limited availability for this time slot. Teachers and case carriers will reach out to the families of students who may benefit. If you believe your student would benefit from this and does not have a case carrier, please contact Janis Johnston (janis.johnston@apsva.us).
